1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending AIconomy 2027, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Registration
All registrations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel registrations at our discretion. Your registration is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent.
3. Payment
All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full to confirm registration. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 15–29 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 14 days of the event. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Programme Changes
AIconomy 2027 reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, or venue at any time. We will make every effort to notify registered delegates of significant changes.
6. Liability
AIconomy 2027 and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damages arising from attendance at the event, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Photography & Recording
Event photography and video recording will take place throughout AIconomy 2027. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.
8. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this policy without refund.
